The following list of books is a selection helped me a lot during my seven years stay in China for working and living better to understand the people and the country there. On a first view it seems, this collection is a quite varying mixture of Literature, History, Geography, Culture, Economy, Management, Politics and even Music. But exactly that is the intention: Such a broad approach is necessary in order to understand such a complex culture like the Chinese at least basically - and we can understand the present time only if we know more about the past time.
(The list currently is not yet completed, as the indexing of our SieITMCi China library is only 30% finished; the list will be revised periodically; in a later version we will add further comments to selected books.)
Its all about Experience @Innovation.
The following list of books is a selection and is beside my practical experiences in China the background for my China Consulting.
The selection contains books written in German, English, Chinese or Chinese-English in some cases.
Sometimes the referenced books cannot get easily accessed in Europe. In case of special interests in some details feel free to contact me.
